Hampton Court Apartments

This 15-unit artists’-in-residence project is located in a transitional neighborhood of Venice, California.

Each unit has been designed to provide a flexible live/work arrangement of spaces including a 14’-6” high main space and private side yard on the ground floor.
On the second floor, the kitchen/dining area overlooks the double-high main space.  In addition, the second level ceiling has been split to create two distinct rooms of varying height. 
Entry is from a secure courtyard that contains common exterior workspace and visitor parking. Each unit is between 1,900-2,300 square feet and features two full bathrooms, one half-bathroom and an enclosed two-car garage.
