At Frederick Fisher and Partners, we have a simple mission: to improve life through architecture. Our diverse portfolio of living, learning, cultural, civic/community, and creative workspaces shares a common aim—to connect people to their environments and each other. While our work reflects the rich variety of the clients and communities we serve, our shared ethos emphasizes simplicity, domesticity, and delight. We prioritize innovation and collaboration, authenticity, sustainability, and a broad perspective. FF&P takes pride in our unique office culture across our LA and New York studios. Each of our 7 partners and talented staff of 20-30 contribute to an ongoing firmwide dialog about new ideas and technologies, cultural happenings and trends, and experiences that promote personal and professional growth.
