Frederick Fisher and Partners created a collaborative, engaging, and functional post production studio.

FF&P subdivided the brick and wood truss building into clusters of enclosures to retain the open loft appearance and enhance intercommunication while maintaining privacy.
Flexible cable management was necessary for complete staff computer interconnection and rapidly changing digital editing equipment. A grid plan of interior “streets” provides clear circulation and visual continuity throughout the space.
Program elements include editing studios, offices, kitchen, and a screening room.
